All-on-4 Treatment

The All on 4 treatment, also known as Teeth in a Day or Smile in a Day, provides a permanent, screw-retained, same-day replacement for the entire upper and/or lower set of teeth. Essentially, you can replace all of your teeth with only four implants.

This periodontal procedure requires fewer surgeries, faster recovery, and lower cost than single tooth implants or bridges, and All on 4s function more naturally and comfortably than dentures. 

The Smile in a Day procedure is best for patients with significant tooth loss or decay and for people whose bone loss in the jaw area prevents them from getting dental implants.

The All-on-4® treatment consists of four implants, two straight implants in the anterior and two angled implants in the posterior, which support a provisional, fixed, and immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis as a potentially graftless solution.

Patients who are considering the All-on-4® treatment usually have an edentulous (or toothless) mandible or maxilla and are considering or advised to have simultaneous extraction of their remaining teeth with implant placement and provisional restoration.
