VP Operations

 Neda is currently on the leadership team at Central Texas Periodontics. Her main role is to oversee all operations across all locations. She brings over 15-years experience of extensive administrative and business experience in the dental industry, as well as 10 years of experience as an educator. Neda has led the growth of a startup periodontal practice from a single location to the 5 locations it now has in the Austin metro area.  Her experience as an educator has allowed her the ability to create practice specific SOP’s as well as personalized content for team members to enhance the teams culture while increasing proficiency and productivity. Neda prides herself in her ability to work with all parts of the dental teams, from the business side to clinical and administrative, and collaborate and communicate between the three different teams to provide exceptional patient care experience, and a positive upbeat team culture. Neda received her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas San Antonio and a masters in Curriculum and Instruction with focus on literacy from the University of Texas Arlington.

Jessica has been in the dental field since May 2005. She has been a employee of CTP since January 2014. Jessica and her husband have been married since 2010. She enjoys spending the weekends with her family watching her son play basketball and baseball. She looks forward to interacting and providing comfort to our patients.

Clinical Operations Manager

Shamica has worked with Dr. Callia since 2010. She lives in Georgetown with her 2 children and their puppy, Rocco. She enjoys her simple, country life and loves to hang out with her kids. She has been an assistant since 2010 and has a very special way of making patients feel comfortable and relaxed in the chair. She is easy going and always has a positive word for everyone.

Marketing Director

Regina is a Texas native and a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. As the Marketing Manager at Central Texas Periodontics (CTP), she combines her creative expertise with strategic insight to drive impactful marketing initiatives. With a diverse professional background spanning photography, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Regina has built a reputation as an innovative and results-driven professional.

Beyond her career, Regina is a devoted mother of two daughters. She finds joy in exploring all genres of music, immersing herself in nature, and channeling her creativity into various projects. Her passion for storytelling and connection shines through in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Office Manager- Harker Heights

Tyler-Brooke has worked in dentistry since 2003. She is now happy to be a part of the CTP family at our Harker Heights office since August 2017. Her knowledge and experience in many areas of the dental office prove that our patients will receive compassion and care with a smile.

Tyler-Brooke and her husband, Mat, have three children. She enjoys decorating, travel and spending time with her family.

Office Manager - Leander/ Pflugerville

Kristen has been in the dental field since January 2019 beginning her career with her RDA license. She has been a CTP employee since January 2024 and is the office manager of our Austin, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville offices. Kristen and her husband have been married since October 2023 and in her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and travel.

Lead Registered Dental Hygienist

Noelle is an Ohio native. She is a proud Army Veteran. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in Texas for the last 17 years. She is an animal lover (cats in particular) and an avid world traveler. In her spare time, she travels the world, relaxes at home, expands her education, and spends time with family and friends.

Nadia, who is not a native Austinite, got here as soon as possible, getting into UT and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then decided to go back to school, getting her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Temple College. She is a member of the Association of Dental Hygienists and loves educating her patients on dental health.
Nadia and her fiancé Nik live in Austin now, and love traveling, playing board games with their friends, and hanging out with their two dogs Nimbus and Nova.

Treatment coordinator

Izzy has 3 years of experience as a treatment coordinator. She is new to the specialty world but fell in love with it. Izzy enjoys creating patient relationships to ease their nerves before they're seen for any treatment. She enjoys spending family time with her daughter and 3 dogs in her free time.

Registered Dental Assistant

Chelleby has been a dental assistant since Dec 2015 and has been with CTP since July 2016. She loves her job and wouldn’t change it. Chelleby enjoys making patients feel as comfortable as she can and loves making patients laugh. She has lived in Georgetown since 2011. She has a wonderful husband, daughter and a great pyrenees named Loki. In her free time, she enjoys anything involving art, including painting.

Meet Jazmane, also known as Jaz. She is an Austin native. She has been working in dentistry for the last 12 years and loves it more and more every day! She enjoys working out and being around family/friends in her spare time!

Olga joined Central Texas Periodontics in January 2021. She moved from Moscow 12 years ago. Olga has a 4-year-old daughter who loves singing and dancing. In Olga’s free time she enjoys walking her dogs, hiking and reading. Olga is happy to call CTP part of her family!

Treatment coordinator

Zugey is our newest treatment coordinator with over 20 years of experience and knowledge covering various areas in the dental office. Zugey joined our team in July of 2024 whether you call or come into the office she will welcome you with cheer and laughter to help make you feel at ease. Central Texas became home to Zugey through the military. In her spare time Zugey enjoys crafting, reading, making treats, watching movies and any sporting event especially football! Spending time with the people that matter to her most is one of her favorite things to do. Zugey is a Converse junkie and has a large shoe collection.

Jennifer, our friendly treatment coordinator, recently moved to Austin with over 4 years of experience. We are delighted to have her on our team. She welcomes patients, making sure they feel comfortable at the office, she will make sure you will have the best warming experience. In her spare time, you'll see her with her partner and Mix boxer Ginger having a late night walk or spending time at the movies catching the newest releases, but in her quiet time she enjoys putting together puzzles. Jenny loves all things Anime.

Keyshawna Harrison joins us from North Carolina. She is no stranger to the dental community as she has over 13 years of experience. As the treatment coordinator, she loves talking with patients and takes pride in ensuring they have a great experience in the office. Her favorite hobbies include shopping and traveling with family.

Virginia has been a Dental Assistant since 2014 and has been with CTP since 2023. Virginia received her RDA from the  Texas Dental Assisting Academy in San Antonio. In her free time, Virginia loves traveling and cooking.
